Interactive Intelligence to Host Contact Center VoIP Seminar in Seattle

Interactive Intelligence Inc., a global developer of business communications software, will host a half-day seminar covering the topic of VoIP in relation with the contact center. The seminar, which is free yes, free and with free lunch will take place at the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle on Tuesday, September 13, 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

The educational seminar, called "Best Practices for Migrating Your Contact Center to VoIP," is designed for contact center and information technology managers who are interested in gleaning knowledge from industry vendors and experts about how they can maximize their return on investment (ROI) through VoIP.

Guest speakers will include Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) President Rich Tehrani, who is also the group editor-in-chief of Internet Telephony and Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazines, as well as Ivy Meadors, founder and CEO of High Tech High Touch Solutions Inc., a consulting and system integration firm focused on customer contact centers and help desks worldwide.

Cosponsors include Alliance Systems, Intel, and Polycom.

The free half-day seminar provides a chance to learn from leading vendors about the latest IP technologies. Attendees will be privy to objective guidance from industry experts about the most successful IP strategies. Attendees will also have an opportunity to share in roundtable discussions with other IT and contact center managers.

Further, audience participants will receive a best-practices "Migration Plan" upon attending. Finally and most certainly not least for frequent attendees to necessarily long-sitting seminars there will be a complimentary lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
