Researchers found Europe to be the breeding ground for the HD voice movement. Of the 52 HD voice deployments underway across the globe, more than half are occurring in Europe. Nearly a dozen European carriers - including France Telecom, Deutsche Telekom and Telekom Austria - have completed or are in the process of completing an HD voice deployment.
