David R. Butcher, Assistant Editor of Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine, spent two years studying communications and journalism at the University of Tennessee prior to graduating from Purchase College - State University of New York, where he attained a bachelor’s degree in journalism and minored in history.

In addition to his editorial duties, David authors Customer Interaction Solutions’ monthly Technology Highlights feature. His primary focus now resides with online editorial content, writing news articles and features for TMCnet and its channels. A former co-contributor to the Call Center/CRM blog, he is now the exclusive author of the CRM Junkyard blog: http://blog.tmcnet.com/crm-junkyard.
