Telution, Inc. announced the appointment of Greg Bolino as vice president of worldwide sales.

Bustronic Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of high performance backplanes, has hired Emran Khasru as manager of Surface Mount Production.

Comdial Corporation announced changes to its board of directors. Robert P. Collins has been named Comdials chairman of the board, replacing Dianne Walker who has resigned from the board. Nick Branica has been named vice chairman and Stewart Sutcliffe has been elected to Comdials board of directors.

Openet Telecom announced the appointment of John Rainger to the position of chief executive officer.

CITEL Technologies announced that Monica Drake has joined the company as director of Corporate Communications and Analyst Relations.

eGain Communications Corporation announced the appointment of Suzanne Hoffman as vice president of global business development.

Sarvega announced that Gary Kaufman has joined the executive team as vice president of finance and controller.

Occam Networks, Inc. announced that Bob Howard-Anderson has joined the company as senior vice president of product operations.

STARBAK Communications announced the appointment of Karen Gurwitz as vice president of marketing.

The Multiservice Switching Forum (MSF) elected several new members to the board of directors and to committee chair positions. New MSF board members include Jim McEachern of Nortel Networks, Kelvin Steeden of Mitel Networks. Davis Francisco of Siemens and Kou Miyake of NTT were reelected to the board. Worldcom's Richard Seager was elected technical committee chair and Mike Kallas of VocalData was elected chair of MSF's Architecture Working Group.

Siemens Information and Communication Networks Inc. (ICN) announced that James Hamilton has been promoted to president of Efficient Networks Inc. Hamilton previously served as the company's executive vice president of worldwide sales and marketing.

NUASIS Corporation announced that it has named Pat Aubert to the position of vice president of marketing.

NetCentrex announced the appointment of Timothy B. Steele as president and general manager, Americas and Asia.

ePeople Inc. named enterprise software marketing veteran Anil Gupta as vice president of product marketing and strategy.

ePHONE Telecom, Inc. announced the appointment of Eugene A. Sekulow to the board of directors.

Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (TAIS) announced the retirement of Paul Wexler, executive vice president of its Communications Information Group.

Bridgewater Systems announced that Derek Smyth, formerly chief operating officer of Ironside Technologies Inc., has accepted the company's CEO position.

Simtrex Corporation, a provider of simulation training software for contact center agents, announced the addition of John A. Lamb as vice president of business development.

The TeleMessaging Industry Association (TMIA) has elected its new board of directors, including: co-chairs Don Katz from Verizon Communications and Valerie Beliak from Telus; treasurer Beth Bass from Sprint; secretary Courtney Spears from SBC Communications; and directors Dan Corcoran from ServiceSPAN, Joanne Giusto from Bell Canada and Greg Vaudreuil from Lucent Technologies.

White Pajama announced that they have named Michael Burkland as president CEO. Burkland succeeds White Pajama co-founder Mansour Salame, who will continue to serve on the board and focus on developing strategic partnerships.

Tachyon, Inc. announced the addition of a new European sales director, Gerton Lusink, who has joined Tachyon Europe B.V. at its European headquarters office in Amsterdam.

Stream International, a Solectron company, announced that John T. Sneed was named vice president of U.S. Operations, which comprises of seven customer contact centers across the country.

Tower Semiconductor announced that Hans Rohrer has agreed to join its board of directors as an independent director.

Teleswitch announced that Michael J. Husson has been named general manager.

The Frame Relay Forum (FRF) announced its newly-elected board members: Rob Downing, senior marketing manager at Larscom, Inc. - FRF president and chairman; Claude Kawa, senior technical staff at Nortel Networks - FRF vice president of technology; Tim Halpin, product director for AT&T Frame Relay and Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) Services - FRF treasurer; Joe Kimball, strategic account marketing manager for Sprint's Global Markets Group and Roger Ruby, senior product manager at Quick Eagle Networks - FRF co-vice presidents of marketing; and Mike Walsh, director of product marketing at Stallion Technologies - FRF president emeritus.

NICE Systems announced that it has appointed Paul Sartor as president of NICE operations in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

International Wireless, Inc. announced that Graham F. Paxton has been named president and CEO effective May 1, 2002.
