Net Talk Inc. announced the naming
of long-time member of the Los Angeles business community Scott Krieger,
as company Chief Operation Officer and Chief Financial Officer. His
appointment coincides with the relocation of the companys headquarters
from New York to Los Angeles.
Bell Atlantic has named Mark Kayserman
to the newly created position of executive director of product development
for Call Center Services. Kayserman will focus on the rapid growth of Bell
Atlantic's capabilities to help Fortune 500 businesses manage calls,
e-mails, and Web traffic with fully-integrated multimedia and computer
telephony products, services, and support.
Pacific Blue Micro announced that R.
Michael Howard has been hired as director of business development.

Toshiba America Information Systems,
Inc. announced Paul Wexler has been promoted to the position of
executive vice president. Wexler was previously senior vice president of the

Products Division (NPD).
William Mosconi has been named president and chief executive
officer of Cellcross.com, a new company formed to develop and deploy

announced that Beatriz V. Infante has been named president and chief
executive officer, succeeding James R. Carreker, who remains chairman of the
Aspect board of directors.

that George McFadden, previously director, International Alliance

Franklin Telecommunications Corp.
announced that Philip G. Ericson, the company's COO, has been
promoted to president and assumes the title of president and Chief Operating
Officer for Franklin Telecommunications Corp. Ericson, who joined the
company in January as its COO, is also acting as interim president of
Franklin's global IP network subsidiary, FNet.
To address SLP InfoWare's rapid
international growth and entry into new markets, Jerome Nadel was
added to SLP's executive team as the vice president of marketing worldwide
in November of 1999. More recently, the position of vice president of
international operations had been created and filled by Jean Charles
Bachellerie to refine SLP InfoWare's infrastructure and operations. SLP

appointment of former Dialogic executive, Larry Fromm, as vice

personnel announcements. The company has named Todd Harcarik and Stephanie
