Belle Systems, a supplier of IP customer care and billing systems, appointed Erik Froberg as new COO and president. The company is planning its IPO in the near future.

Net Talk Inc. announced the naming of long-time member of the Los Angeles business community Scott Krieger, as company Chief Operation Officer and Chief Financial Officer. His appointment coincides with the relocation of the companys headquarters from New York to Los Angeles.

Bell Atlantic has named Mark Kayserman to the newly created position of executive director of product development for Call Center Services. Kayserman will focus on the rapid growth of Bell Atlantic's capabilities to help Fortune 500 businesses manage calls, e-mails, and Web traffic with fully-integrated multimedia and computer telephony products, services, and support.

Pacific Blue Micro announced that R. Michael Howard has been hired as director of business development. Howard replaces Paul Freeman who was recently promoted to director of corporate strategic development.

Geodesic Systems, Inc., a provider of software solutions that improve business-critical server performance and reliability, announced the appointment of John Reid as vice president of Business and International Development.

Quintus Corporation announced the appointment of Nancy Brumfield as its chief marketing officer. In her new executive position, Brumfield will define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for enhancing Quintus' visibility, growth and revenue within the eCRM market.

Cincom Systems, Inc. recently named David Graham as director of Worldwide Professional Services for the company's call center technology group, Cincom Encompass. In this position, Graham will be directly responsible for developing a complete solutions delivery and consulting capability for Cincom Encompass clients throughout the world.

Solista, a global technology and business consulting firm specializing in high-level advisory expertise for the digital world, announced the addition of three new partners: Nicholas Lim, Glenn Iwata, and David Carlson, Ph.D. The three will contribute more than 60 years of digital cable television, Internet, broadband and wireless experience to Solistas already impressive stronghold of technology strategists.

Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. announced Paul Wexler has been promoted to the position of executive vice president. Wexler was previously senior vice president of the companys Communications Information Group (CIG), which comprises the Toshiba Telecommunication Systems Division (TSD) and the Toshiba Network Products Division (NPD).

William Mosconi has been named president and chief executive officer of Cellcross.com, a new company formed to develop and deploy technology permitting cell phone traffic worldwide over the Internet.

Aspect Communications Corporation announced that Beatriz V. Infante has been named president and chief executive officer, succeeding James R. Carreker, who remains chairman of the Aspect board of directors.

Sylantro Systems Corp., a software company providing the first applications switch offering hosted telephony and communications applications for telecommunications service providers, announced the addition of Richard T. Liebhaber to its board of directors.

VillageFax.com, a leading provider of business-to-business Internet enabled fax services, announced the appointment of Douglas Charles as director, Eastern Region Sales.

Quintessent Communications, Inc. announced that Kevin Connolly, former president of Telcordia Technologies International, has joined the organization as senior vice president, Worldwide Sales.

Sonic Telecom, Ltd. announced that George McFadden, previously director, International Alliance Management, European Region for Qwest Communications has joined Sonic Telecom as vice president, Digital Services.

Franklin Telecommunications Corp. announced that Philip G. Ericson, the company's COO, has been promoted to president and assumes the title of president and Chief Operating Officer for Franklin Telecommunications Corp. Ericson, who joined the company in January as its COO, is also acting as interim president of Franklin's global IP network subsidiary, FNet.

To address SLP InfoWare's rapid international growth and entry into new markets, Jerome Nadel was added to SLP's executive team as the vice president of marketing worldwide in November of 1999. More recently, the position of vice president of international operations had been created and filled by Jean Charles Bachellerie to refine SLP InfoWare's infrastructure and operations. SLP InfoWare recently appointed Didier Mascarelli as director of sales of North America.

CELLIT, Inc. announced the appointment of former Dialogic executive, Larry Fromm, as vice president of business development. In this position, Fromm spearheads the movement to increase CELLITs business opportunities, including launching new vertical markets and expanding into additional geographic regions.

Air2Web, a wireless application service provider, announced the addition of three new executives to its management team: Patrick Taylor as vice president of marketing; Jay Sheth as vice president of business development; and Ian Ahern as vice president of client services.

Digi International Inc. announced that Burk Murray has joined the company as vice president of marketing.

Comverse Infosys, Inc. announced the appointment of Karen Ferraro as vice president of global marketing. Ferraro will assume responsibility for all strategic marketing initiatives across all of Comverse Infosys' recording divisions.

Cablesoft has hired Cindy Godwin as director of production, to oversee the manufacturing schedule of Cablesoft's new enterprise infrastructure management solution, iTRACS. Godwin joins from Technology Solutions Company, where she was the principal consultant for PeopleSoft manufacturing implementations.

Brightware, Inc. announced the appointment of Brian Tuller to vice president of marketing from his recent position as Brightware's senior director of product marketing.

SITEL Technology Services, a business unit of Baltimore-based SITEL Corporation, the global eCRM services company, announced the appointment of John Barnes as director of business development.

IPeria, Inc., a market leader in next-generation, IP-based enhanced service platforms and applications, announced it has appointed three new members to its executive management team. Joining IPeria are Daniel Poranski, vice president of marketing; Joseph Radomsky, vice president of sales; and Robert Mickolsz, vice president of operations.

NetVoice Technologies Inc., an emerging player of Internet telephony services, announces the addition of Johnny L. Berry as the new senior vice president in charge of technical project management, and Nabil J. Lopez as the new vice president of finance.

Daycom Systems made three personnel announcements. The company has named Todd Harcarik and Stephanie Zobitz as account executives. Harcarik will be selling aftermarket Lucent telephone equipment, specializing in the DEFINITY product line. Chad Wenger has joined Daycom in the position of account services representative.

SpeechWorks International, Inc. announced the appointments of Robert Finch and John C. (Jack) Freker, Jr. to its board of directors. The two board members bring extensive experience managing rapid growth and financial opportunities in the telecommunications and consumer products industries.

ePHONE Telecom Inc., a next-generation Internet Protocol global telecommunications carrier, announced that Row J. Zadeh has been appointed as president and Chief Executive Officer of the company by the board of directors.
