Nadji Tehrani

Chairman & Founder

Chairman & Founder: Nadji Tehrani, who began his career as a chemist at DuPont, founded TMC in 1972 as a publisher of trade magazines for the chemical coatings industry. In 1982, Nadji launched Telemarketing, the first publication of its kind covering the burgeoning call center industry. Nadji has served in every role at the Company, including salesperson, President, Editor-in-Chief and Group Publisher, before becoming Chairman and CEO in 1999. Rich Tehrani

CEO and Group Editor-in-Chief

Rich Tehrani, son of Nadji Tehrani, has been involved with the Company from its earliest stages. Rich was instrumental in launching the Communications Solutions and INTERNET TELEPHONY brands, and launching TMC into fast-growing communications and technology markets in the 1990s. Rich served in many capacities at TMC, including MIS Director, publisher, group editor-in-chief, president, and CEO, a role he assumed in 2009. David Rodriguez

President

Dave has been a tremendous contributor to TMC since joining the company in 2003, improving both top line and bottom line growth as VP of publications and conferences. As President, Dave develops high-level strategy and identifies new areas of opportunity for TMC, while ensuring effective execution. In addition, he focuses on partnerships which will allow new partners to leverage the tremendous community-building infrastructure TMC has developed over the past decades.

Under his direction, TMC publications, online media vehicles, and events have earned market-leading positions by constantly growing revenue and market share. Prior to his tenure with TMC, David was employed by Penton Media where he held the positions of Global Event Sales Manager for the Wireless events group and National Sales Manager for the ISPworld website. David received a BA from the University of Connecticut.

Michael Genaro

Executive VP of Operations

Since 2001 when named VP of Marketing for TMC, Michael has been focused on successful, cost-effective execution of TMC's marketing programs and events. In addition, he was extremely helpful in helping to manage TMC operations during both good and difficult economic times. As Executive VP of Operations, he continues to oversee TMC's marketing efforts, while also managing the successful execution of TMC's print, online, and trade show initiatives - both on behalf of TMC and of its clients. Michael works closely with all departments to maximize ROI as TMC continues to grow. A 15-year publishing and tradeshow management veteran, Mr. Genaro is also instrumental in the planning and execution of TMC's industry-leading events. Michael received a BA in Communications from Iona College.

Robert Hashemian

VP of Web Development

Robert serves as the strategic advisor of the Company's Web architecture and .NET technologies. Mr. Hashemian is an Internet and database software engineer living in the U.S. He holds a B.S. in computer science and engineering from the University of Connecticut and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). He is the author of the book, "Financial Markets for the Rest of Us," and maintains his personal web site at www.hashemian.com.
