former managing director for the international investment banking firm of
Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ), as its new executive vice president of
corporate development.
Tornado Development, a
leading provider of unified messaging technology, announced a wide range of
promotions and appointments as it expands into the global marketplace. Jeff
Scheinrock moves to CEO of Tornado in addition to maintaining his duties
as president and CFO. Kevin Torf, founder of Tornado Development, is

KSCL has appointed John McNeil
as key account manager within its UK and Ireland division. McNeil will be
