vCustomer is launching a training institute and new online customer service center in New Delhi that will accommodate more than 300 of vCustomer's university-educated, English-speaking service professionals. The center will provide state-of-the-art online facilities for meeting the customer service needs of vCustomer clients, including responding to customer e-mails and live chat messages.
