LayerX Solves VoIP Problems Across Multi-Vendor Environments

Unified enterprise management solutions provider layerX Technologies, has launched its newest solution for multi-vendor VoIP environments.

 

Arbitrator VQM provides auto-remediation for call quality issues and according to company’s sources, is the only quality management solution that provides automated detection, isolation, and remediation of VoIP Quality issues.

 

The solution also supports multi-vendor environments including: Avaya, Cisco, and Nortel (News - Alert). Arbitrator VQM decreases human error, and man hours spent locating and resolving network quality issues. These capabilities help companies to significantly cut the cost for managing and maintaining their VoIP infrastructures.

 

Michael Kay, VP of Business Development noted that most of VoIP quality solutions available today in the market focus on problem detection and alerting. These solutions are however, unable to automate the process of isolation and remedy.

 

Clients can use automation to both isolate and remedy VoIP quality problems. Kay explained that this can help clients drive down the time, and cost associated with managing their converged environment by up to 90 percent.
