Sometime, when reading tech manuals and/or how-to books written by the same people who’ve designed the technology more often than not make things even more confusing. Good news for the technologically impaired. Ifbyphone has announced they have upgraded its suite of phone automation services. Ifbyphone (News - Alert) Version 3.0 is designed to help marketing and sales professionals manage lead generation campaigns more effectively, reduce the cost of handling customer calls and eliminate dependence on expensive IT resources.
The 3.0 version is available immediately and although the re-designed platform is advanced it’s an easy-to-use interface with a new performance dashboard that provides non-technical users the ability to take greater control of their voice applications and measure results instantly.

In addition, a new Dynamic Phone Number Insertion product is available to help measure phone calls from websites by allowing eMarketers to display unique phone numbers to website visitors, exchanging directly to their Google (News - Alert) AdWords campaigns or search engine optimization (SEO) keyword terms.
