my1voice Enhances Virtual PBX Phone ServiceBy Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributing Editor my1voice has announced a number of enhancements to increase user convenience, professionalism and efficiency.
Designed for home offices and small businesses, this cost-effective and feature-rich virtual PBX (News - Alert) phone service has been improved based on customer feedback and includes features like: conference calling, caller ID tagging, request routing, caller ID routing and call forwarding to an extension.
Joseph Nour (News - Alert), CEO of Protus, the provider of my1voice, identifies quality communication as the cornerstone of customer service and believes that customer service will provide a competitive edge in the current economy.
Nour noted that my1voice provides the type of customizable communications options that haven’t been available in the past to small businesses. This unique service helps them show a more professional face to their customers and business partners.
The new conference calling feature allows users to bring in resources as-needed rather than having several people sitting through the entire call and my1voice users can act as a host to bring an unlimited number of parties onto a call.
Caller ID Tagging features also allow the identification of my1voice calls as a ‘tag’ (News - Alert) can be added to the Caller ID to distinguish my1voice calls from direct phone calls.
The Request Routing feature helps improve customer service by asking callers to enter numbers or letters on their phones’ keypad. Once the caller enters his zip code or area code, calls are routed to an extension in that geographical area or the person with knowledge of a particular area.
Caller ID Routing enables organizations to route the calls directly to an extension, mailbox, informational message or can rejected them. All of these can be done based on the incoming caller ID.
Also, with Find Me-Follow Me Dialing to an Extension, my1voice users are able to extend their calls to any type of phone, including one that is serviced through another PBX system.
