Chicago SMBs now have access to another provider of hosted VoIP phone system. M5 Networks, an outsourced IP phone system provider, has announced its expansion to the Chicago, IL metropolitan area. The company has already seen six successful years of reliable IP phone system deployments in the New York metro area. Chicago is the second major metropolitan area the company serves with a full sales and implementation staff.

 

While M5 likes to tout that it has a reputation for quality and reliability among SMBs, the claim is validated by a recent AMI Partners study that highlights the company as one of the trop two leading independent service providers that SMBs look to for their hosted VoIP solutions.

We can plug into the Chicago office’s phone system from headquarters in Denmark – or anywhere in the world – and still have the full functionality of our phones,” concluded Mikkelsen.

The company has remote offices dispersed throughout North America and the flexibility of the system and support from M5’s staff also enabled the company to easily move its headquarters.

The expansion to the Chicago marketplace builds upon M5’s foundation of successful operations and profitability in the New York area.  The company saw a 4,445 percent growth in revenues over the last five years and in 2006, secured the first round of venture capital funding in the company’s history to fuel further expansions.
