G3 is a specialist in converged voice and data solutions; operating throughout the U.K. and having implemented solutions across Europe. The company is a Platinum Avaya (News - Alert) BusinessPartner and services over 280 customers- helping to extend Nectar's reach into Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Tony Parish, managing director of G3, called the Nectar software solution an 'impressive platform' and much needed tool for G3's converged communications clients and prospects.
'Nectar's software solution adds another differentiator to G3's technical support and maintenance offering,' Parish said. The software solution also furthers the company’s commitment to delivering first class customer service by proactively monitoring the customer's entire network infrastructure so the G3 support team can diagnose and rectify faults before they escalate into a major problem. David Giangano, president of Global Channels, welcomed G3 to the growing roster of Nectar partners. 'Nectar is proud to break into the EMEA region with G3 as one of our global partners,' Giangano said. “We look forward to driving Nectar adoption into the European marketplace through this new partnership.' Earlier this month, Nectar Services announced that it was celebrating the two year mark of its Channel Reseller Program; citing rapid growth and increased revenue potential.
Since the program's inception in 2008, Nectar has signed on reseller partners that represent many of the largest communications solution providers in the industry; expanding the Nectar footprint across the nation and the globe.
