Mariann McDonagh Joins Call Center Services Co. as Chief Marketing Officer

inContact, a provider of on-demand call center services and call center agent optimization tools, announced the appointment of Mariann McDonagh as chief marketing officer.




On-demand call center software solutions are poised for significant growth, inContact officials said. To capitalize on this market opportunity, McDonagh will help inContact build upon its industry leading position and expand its visibility and presence within the call center space.

As the company's chief marketing officer, McDonagh will oversee all of the company's marketing and business development activities in this new role, company officials said. McDonagh will help the company achieve its aggressive growth roles and expand its profile and existence within the call center space, company officials said.

Prior to joining inContact, McDonagh worked as senior vice president of Corporate Marketing for Verint (News - Alert) Systems. McDonagh played a key role in Verint's sudden growth from $150 million to $650 million of revenue in just five years.  

McDonagh's experience in the industry will help inContact in demand generation, channel enablement and brand enhancement strategies.
