Virtual Hold Technology Solutions Compliant with Avaya's Solutions

Virtual Hold Technology (News - Alert), the topmost developer of virtual queuing solutions, announced that its Virtual Hold Concierge software solution for contact centers is compliant with Avaya’s (News - Alert) major IP telephony and contact center solutions.

The Concierge software solution helps businesses in improving their contact center operations as they are in the process to provide a better, more consistent customer experience by eliminating the hold time. The version 6.7.2 of Concierge solution has been compliance-tested by Avaya for testing its compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 6.0 along with Avaya Aura Application Enablement Services (AES) 5.2.2.

Being a Gold member of the program, Virtual Hold Technology is entitled to submit products for compatibility testing by the Avaya Solution Interoperability and Test Lab. In the Lab a team of Avaya engineers come together to develop a comprehensive test plan for each application, verifying whether it is Avaya compliant or not.
