snom, Camrivox Team to Release Flexor CTI for NetSuiteBy Anshu Shrivastava, TMCnet Contributing Editor snom technology and Camrivox (News - Alert) have released Flexor CTI for NetSuite, designed to help simplify integration of desktop-level telephony and CRM.
Camrivox, a developer of computer telephony integration (CTI (News - Alert)) software for CRM applications, integrates interactions on a telephone and a computer.
CTI also integrates customer contact channels—voice, email, Web, fax, and more—with computer systems.
Flexor CTI for NetSuite (News - Alert) is the latest addition to the Flexor Software family of CTI products. The offering integrates voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) telephony with NetSuite Web-based CRM applications at the desktop, eliminating the need for equipment upgrades.
Flexor CTI for NetSuite also enables call logging, call reporting, click-to-dial, contact screen pop-ups, and on-screen call control.
All desktop snom phones support the CRM telephony integration from Camrivox.
In addition, customers’ existing infrastructure can be retained along with snom approved private branch exchange (PBX), hosted or premise-based.
Malcolm Wood (News - Alert), CEO at Camrivox, said that the Flexor CTI adds the vital ingredient necessary for total customer interaction, by capturing call details directly into customer records.
He also said in a statement that in conjunction with snom VoIP phones, Flexor CTI is widening its reach into the SME market and creating significant business advantage at minimal cost for our growing customer base.
Flexor CTI features on-screen click-to-dial that makes calling simple and screen pop-ups when someone calls. Calls, made or received, automatically create a customer record or journal entry with the call details. Flexor does not need a server, and according to officials, is easy to setup and supports both Windows XP and Windows Vista. At present, Flexor CTI software products are available from Camrivox, and from snom technology as snom Flexor CTI.
