Empirix's Phil Odence to Present at ITEXPO West 2008

Empirix has announced that its vice president, contact center business unit, Phil Odence will be presenting at TMC’s (News - Alert) INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO West 2008 today, Tuesday, September 16th, from 2:45-3:30 p.m. PDT at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

 

Odence’s session will be titled "Planning Ahead for Optimal Contact Center Deployment" and is inline with the company’s motto to help organizations adopt complex communications solutions with confidence.

 

Organizations have reaped significant benefits by deploying VoIP in the contact center. VoIP has helped them achieve considerable cost savings, increased productivity, and enhanced customer service.
