VoxMedia and Tellme to Offer Better Voice Applications to Enterprise Customers

VoxMedia Consulting and Tellme have signed an agreement to offer enhanced voice application design and engineering services to enterprise customers. VoxMedia will be able to provide its speech-recognition-enabled telephone applications to Tellme (News - Alert) customers involved in in-house application development, as a member in Tellme’s partner program.



 
“Together with Tellme, we are able to provide intuitive, user-friendly voice applications that will create enormous value for our enterprise customers,” said Mark Levinson, President of VoxMedia (News - Alert) Consulting.
 
VoxMedia specializes in the designing and “tuning” of successful voice applications to clients in various financial services like travel, telecommunications and other manufacturing industries. Caller experience is greatly enhanced with VoxMedia’s voice user-interface designs resulting in more customer satisfaction and less contact center expenses.
 
Bob Crissman, General Manager Partner Programs at Tellme said that his company was confident that VoxMedia’s expertise in voice-based user-interface design along with Tellme’s on-demand voice services capabilities will be able to offer customers cost savings in the way of increased IVR-based customer interactions.
 
Tellme is a Microsoft (News - Alert) subsidiary specializing in on-demand voice services.
