Junction Broadband, which provides digital telephone, Internet and business services in the Northeastern U.S., has reportedly signed an agreement with VoX Communications Corp., a wholesale and retail provider of VoIP
services nationwide, to resell VoX’s VoIP service under the name “Junction digitalvoice.”
Junction will offer the service as a standalone product or it can be bundled with Junction Internet services for added savings.
Christopher Breen, CEO and president of Junction Broadband, said Junction decided to go with VoX’s service because of its “high quality of last mile service.”
“Latency was non-existent and the service was able to prevail through many different connection tests and scenarios,” he said in a press release. “On the technical side, VoX offered everything we were looking for in a backbone provider: strong technical abilities, an amazing network and uptime for our customers. Other providers lacked the complete package that VoX was able to provide.”
Breen added that the other providers considered “offered only limited integration into our current website.”
“Brand consistency is important to Junction and VoX was able to provide a great solution for us,” he said. “Back office solutions enable us to deliver better customer service, and in today's business climate customer satisfaction is paramount.”
