InfiniRoute to Present Conference Sessions at INTERNET TELEPHONY(R) Conference & EXPO East 2006; InfiniRoute Will Discuss the Business Case and Technical Challenges of Managed VoIP Peering for Carriers

PRINCETON, N.J. --(Business Wire)-- Jan. 17, 2006 -- InfiniRoute(SM), the leading provider of fully managed Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) peering services for wireline and wireless carriers worldwide, today announced that executives from the company have been invited to speak at this year's Internet Telephony(R) Conference & Expo East on Thursday, January 26, at the Fort Lauderdale-Broward County Convention Center. Gary Tauss, CEO for InfiniRoute, will participate in two sessions, "Technical Issues of VoIP Peering" and "VoIP Peering Business Case Studies." Larry Frank, vice president and chief marketing officer, will participate in the panel discussion "Quality of Service State of the Market."

Mr. Tauss will make his presentation in the "Technical Issues of VoIP Peering" session, which will take place on Thursday, January 26, from 12:30-1:15 p.m. He will explore what it will take for carriers to accomplish a successful VoIP peering implementation. In addition, Mr. Tauss will be a panelist on the "VoIP Peering Business Case Studies" session on Thursday, January 26, from 1:30-3:15 p.m. This session will look into numerous economic business cases for various groups that should consider VoIP peering. Mr. Tauss will discuss how InfiniRoute provides solutions for different types of service-provider business models.

Mr. Frank will join other industry leaders to tackle the issues that affect VoIP QoS, such as latency, bandwidth, network reliability, and jitter, in the "Quality of Service State of the Market" panel discussion to be held on Thursday, January 26, from 2:30-4:15 p.m.

"We're very pleased that Mr. Tauss and Mr. Frank will be participating in this year's show. InfiniRoute is widely recognized and respected as an industry leader, and I'm confident that our attendees will appreciate the opportunity to hear their perspectives on the business cases for VoIP peering and quality of service," said TMC president and conference co-chair, Rich Tehrani. "Over the past twelve months, widespread adoption of VoIP by global service providers, businesses, and governments has reinforced that this exciting technology is a viable, cost-effective communications solution. As a result, we are seeing a significant number of senior-level executives attending INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO to learn about the technology so they too can take advantage of its benefits."

INTERNET TELEPHONY(R) Conference & EXPO, held January 24-27, 2006, is the world's largest and best-attended VoIP trade show. Last October, the show drew over 7,000 buyers and sellers of VoIP products and services to Los Angeles. For this upcoming January show, TMC projects total attendance to exceed 8,000.

Mr. Tauss has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having held executive positions with industry leaders including NCI, GTE Spacenet Corporation, and BBN Communications Corporation. Prior to joining InfiniRoute in May 2005, Mr. Tauss was chief executive officer for LongBoard, Inc. (now Persona Software), a SIP-based application solution provider for fixed-mobile carriers. Mr. Tauss has also served as president and CEO of Tollbridge Technologies, a maker of voice over broadband systems for cable and DSL networks, and as ice president and general manager of Ramp Networks, a small-office router manufacturer that was acquired by Nokia. Mr. Tauss holds a BS and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Frank has spent twenty years in product management, marketing, business development, and finance, with a focus on delivering solutions to global wireless and wireline operators. Prior to joining InfiniRoute, Mr. Frank served as vice president and chief marketing officer -- real time billing at Comverse, where he was responsible for directing marketing strategies and driving product direction.
