Boost Mobile's New $2 daily Unlimited Plan Offers Unlimited Freedom and ControlBy Mini Swamy, TMCnet Contributor One of Sprint’s (News - Alert) prepaid brands, Boost Mobile has already redefined value for wireless customers with its Monthly Unlimited Service, and has now chosen to launch a $2 daily unlimited plan. It not only allows users unlimited nationwide talktime, but also allows them to text, Web, e-mail, Instant Message and 411 for just $60 per month. Boost Mobile offers customers the choice and flexibility to either choose a daily unlimited plan or a hassle-free monthly plan without losing out on any of the entitled services. The rather unique $2 daily unlimited plan defines the essence of the pre-paid concept. CMO, Boost Mobile, Neil Lindsay clarified that users who opted for the daily unlimited plan would be entitled to the same benefits that the monthly plan offered. At no stage, would there be a compromise on either quality or service. Lindsay went on to add that the new offer, be it daily or monthly, was beneficial for customers as the control and freedom of use was determined only by how they chose to use the facililty. There were no extra fees, contracts or credit checks. The user needed to create a Boost account and the $2 subscription charge would automatically be decucted every day after midnight. The subscription was not dictated by consumer usage, except when the user chose to cancel a subscription. In order to ensure that the service was kept alive, daily payments had to be prepaid every day. Maintaing the Boost account would entail ensuring that there was always enough funds to cover the monthly payment amount. Balances could be checked at any time. Defaulting on monthly payments is not considered a big deal as Boost Mobile allows you a couple of months to cover the monthly payment amount. Failing to do so would result in cancellation of the account and any balance would be lost and so would the Boost phone and walkie-talkie numbers. Boost Mobile offers wireless phones and services with no long-term contracts and offers nationwide service on the Nationwide Sprint Network. It offers a selection of quality handsets from Motorola, Sanyo, Research In Motion and Samsung (News - Alert), ranging from entry-level to high-end devices. In a related news release, Boost Mobile continued to provide consumers with variety and stylish handsets available with the $50 Monthly Unlimited Plan on the Nationwide Sprint Network by launching the Sanyo (News - Alert) Juno by Kyocera. Available in both impulsive pink and deep blue for only $99.99, Juno offers simplicity and flare, with a full QWERTY keyboard and large 2.2-inch display screen that shows off the phone’s easy-to-use menu icons for quick and intuitive navigation Mini Swamy is a contributing editor for TMCnet.
