ILS to Partner with South American VoIP Provider

International Lead Service (ILS), a provider of media-generated sales leads for the B2B and B2C markets, has decided to partner with South America-based provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services, Ligatel. The announcement was made by Vincent Patrick, vice president and co-founder of ILS who expressed his company’s excitement at entering the VoIP arena.

 

VoIP or Internet telephony is a popular technology that delivers a number of benefits for the users and experts suggest that soon everybody will be making phone calls using a VoIP IP PBX (News - Alert) running SIP.

 

Ligatel offers a unique IP PBX system that offers the same rich features and more at just a fraction of the cost of a legacy one. The companies using this system can save a lot of money as the IP PBX system can effectively converge data infrastructure with voice capabilities.

 

The partnership with Ligatel will allow ILS to begin servicing and selling systems in both the US and Europe and according to Patrick, further solidifies ILS’s commitment towards aggressive growth.

 

He emphasized that this announcement doesn’t affect existing clients who use ILS for its lead generation products but will result in additional channels for ILS customers to receive sales leads and communicate with customer service representatives.

 

According to company’s officials, the alliance further expands ILS’ portfolio of partnerships and allows it to compete with other VoIP providers such as Skype and Vonage.

 

ILs has announced multiple partnerships in recent months raising speculations about the congruency of their decisions. Commenting on this issue Patrick said that these recent business acquisitions are strategically interconnected and they are seeing tremendous opportunities despite the global economic meltdown.

 

In a bid to further expand its operations, the company intends to form other partnerships in the near future.
