Citel CEO to Co-present VoIP Session for SMBs at Internet Telephony Conference & EXPO
By Mae Kowalke, TMCnet Associate Editor
For small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), effective communications equipment and services are a vital part of doing business. VoIP’s entrance onto the scene has opened up many new opportunities for SMBs by enabling the convergence of voice, data, wireline and wireless networks. But migrating to VoIP can be a challenging, even overwhelming process.
The session will be held October 13 from 8:45-9:30 a.m.
“VoIP Migration Strategies for the SMB” focuses specifically on the latest technologies for SMB communications systems, particularly in the areas of IP telephony and convergence strategies. Among the topics of discussion are the various considerations smaller businesses should make when migrating to IP—in terms of price considerations, equipment, and expectation.
