Call Center Furniture Maker Interior Concepts Takes its Solutions on the Road in 2011

Call center furniture is the backbone of a solid call center environment, and choosing the right pieces can significantly improve the quality of a workspace. But, customers need guidance when selecting the best types of furniture modules and having access to consultation and design tools can be incredibly helpful for customer to visualize and commit to a particular style of workspace.  




Interior Concepts has become a call center furniture evangelist of sorts, offering not only online tools and information for potential buyers, but interfacing with them at shows and events.

The company has lined up a number of appearances for the beginning of 2011 hoping to make the often difficult challenge of workspace setup more intuitive for new customers. By attending shows and talking with customers, Interior Concepts is also able to remain nimble in the space, determining where customer needs lie and how to meet them. Starting this week the company will be hitting plenty of call center shows o show off its wares and offer its voice to those with questions about best practices.

Interior Concepts Marketing Manager Jennifer Way says “we will be exhibiting at the Call Center Summit event January 24-26th. Company president David Kendrick will be on hand to answer questions regarding call center furniture and site design so customers can visit us at Table F in the exhibit area. At the show we will also demonstrate our capability to produce 3D Virtual Product Tours for our customers and give away an informational white paper regarding efficient site design.”

From The Call Center Summit the company will visit the Texas Computer Education Association Convention and Expo in Austin from February 9th to the 11th and then the American Teleservices Association Convention Expo. Each stop will offer users an opportunity to see and discuss Interior Concept’s product line before they commit to an expensive call center furniture purchase.
