Davis + Henderson Earns Contact Center Employer of Choice Certification

CCEOC, an association which offers Contact Center Employer of Choice or "CCEOC" certification program, announced that Davis + Henderson Call Centre operation has achieved the silver CCEOC designation for its three sites.

Davis + Henderson earned the certification for its Toronto, ON, Markham, ON, and Longueuil, QC, centers responsible for supporting cheque programs on behalf of its Canadian financial institution customers.

Company officials said this is the third year in a row that Davis + Henderson contact centers have been recognized with this designation.

Being recognized as a CCEOC identifies Davis + Henderson as a progressive organization and one of the best contact centers to work for in the country, according to officials at Davis + Henderson.

CCEOC is an experienced team of contact center experts, academics and analysts. CCEOC provides a wide variety of innovative programs to help build high-morale, high-performance contact centers.

The Contact Center Employer of ChoiceAward is the industry standard for recognizing and branding people centric contact centers. Every 12 months, contact centers are assessed to determine their CCEOC standing, according to CCEOC officials.




Through a proprietary assessment, a contact center can quickly determine if they meet the qualification standards. Once certification is achieved, the contact center is profiled on the CCEOC corporate Web site, receives a prestigious framed certificate and is promoted through targeted print and electronic news channels.

Commenting on this recognition, Jeff Doran, president, CCEOC, said, "Davis + Henderson demonstrates a strong commitment to being employer of choice."

"They continue to build a unique people focused culture, balancing customer satisfaction with employee engagement," Doran further said. "This is an outstanding accomplishment and something employees should feel very proud of."

The recognition proves that Davis + Henderson is a great place to work and that it excels in many employer of choice areas including: work/life balance, rewards & recognition and social activities.

Other organizations certified by CCEOC include FedEx, ING Direct, Scotiabank, HILTI International, Energy Savings Group, AIR MILES, CIBA Vision and Roche Diagnostics ACCU-CHEK among others.
