Figi Picks Alpine Access for Virtual Call Center

As the holiday season begins, the number of people who give gifts will rise considerably. To handle this rise in customer activities, Figi's “Gifts in Good Taste” has selected Alpine Access, a provider of home-based customer service solutions.



 
According to officials with Alpine Access, Figi was looking for a company that could train experienced employees quickly and present them as a large-scale production environment.

“Operational efficiencies, cost savings and the ability to function with minimal impact to their existing processes are all critical components of a customer service partnership with Figi's," said Christopher M. Carrington, CEO of Alpine Access. "Our home-based customer care solution provides an overall value that we believe will help accelerate Figi's to a new level of performance. We look forward to supporting their growth.”
 
Alpine Access recruits, screens and hires employees from across the nation with a rigorous process that identifies their unique skills, passions and experiences. These agents are then matched to a client based on the identified requirements. Figi believes that Alpine Access' home-based employee model suits the purpose of the company very well.
 
According to officials with Alpine, only the top 2-3 percent of all applicants makes it through the company’s rigorous hiring model and each agent is selected based on the best fit with the needs of clients including their brand and their customers.
 
Earlier this year, the company announced it is now looking to hire over 100 customer care professionals throughout the state of Minnesota. These home-based employees will help the company to meet increasing demands from new and existing customers and will further increase the amount of diverse and qualified customer care agents needed to meet their clients’ needs.
