Customer Effective Recognized for Vertical Excellence

Customer Effective, a Microsoft (News - Alert) Gold Certified Partner and a company focused on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has announced the receipt of the 2008 Small to Midmarket Solutions and Partners Group (SMS&P) Microsoft Dynamics CRM “Vertical Excellence” Award for the New York/New Jersey region.



 
Partners are recognized by the Microsoft Partner Program when they have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions over the past year. Customer Effective received this recognition for its Capital Effective CRM solution during the 2008 Microsoft NY/NJ Annual Partner Awards Dinner.
 
“Financial institutions have unique needs to track highly-sensitive customer interactions relating to loans, deposits and investments, insurance and many other personal wealth management services,” said Scott Millwood, CEO of Customer Effective, in a Tuesday statement. “We designed the Capital Effective CRM software suite to provide a higher ROI for our financial services clients. Microsoft has been instrumental in our success in this market, and we are honored to receive this recognition from Microsoft’s SMS&P New York/New Jersey team.”

Customer Effective’s front-office relationship management software suite, Capital Effective, is based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. The solution is designed exclusively for the financial services market and serves organizations in commercial banking, private equity, investment banking, hedge funds and wealth management. 

The Microsoft Small to Midmarket Solutions and Partners division was established with the goal of driving world-class small and medium business customer loyalty, while also delivering strong revenue growth for Microsoft and its partners. The SMS&P division serves as the primary link with EOC for Distributors and Dynamics Partners on all issues related to contract management and renewals.

A Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Customer Effective has completed hundreds of Microsoft CRM implementations and development projects. The company provides front office solutions for financial services professionals.
