PhindMe Releases Mobile Marketing Suite of Tools for Agencies and Resellers

PhindMe, a mobile marketing company, has released its updated suite of private label mobile technology tools. These tools enable businesses, agencies, Web designers and entrepreneurs to take advantage of the marketing opportunities presented by a growing mobile audience.



 
PhindMe features a self-service mobile-marketing system. It deploys an easy-to-use technology that provides groups and businesses with the unique capability to format Web content for any Internet-enabled device. The technology also helps in facilitating business-to-consumer or group communication on any kind of cell phone, iPhone (News - Alert), Blackberry or Android-powered phone.
 
Around 140 million people are actively using SMS text messaging and the mobile Internet according to an estimate. As smart phones like T-Mobile's (News - Alert) G1 Google Phone make it easier for consumers to access online content, this market is growing exponentially.
 
The PhindMe mobile marketing platform deploys easy-to-use tools to manage text messaging together with mobile Web pages that makes print and online advertising more effective.
 
The company made a beta release in mid-2008, and this new version has got various advanced features. The new features include an improved mobile Web publishing providing optimized content rendering for any mobile device.
 
The platform is now equipped with a private label system that manages individual client accounts and provides business client access in a partner-branded portal. With a simplified user interface and a content system enables to create mobile Web pages and launch text campaigns easily.
 
The platform also features a fully wireless carrier-certified permission-based marketing system and an easy, informative sign-up process for users.
 
Chuck Sacco, co-founder and chief executive officer of PhindMe, said that one of the company’s goals is to assist agencies and resellers to custom-brand the PhindMe product.
 
Joe Barone, former board member of the Mobile Marketing Association (News - Alert) and advisor at PhindMe commented that recent surveys by Azuki Systems found that four out of 10 Internet users surfed the mobile Web for two or more hours every week, and 62 percent of mobile users surveyed said they either already owned a smart phone or would own one within the next 12 months.
 
Barone noted that PhindMe’s mobile technology is extremely well-positioned to help marketers tap into this growing segment of mobile Web users.
