Mitel's BusinessPARTNER Program Heads North to CanadaBy Anil Sharma, TMCnet Contributing Editor With business communications resellers joining the newly-introduced Canadian Exclusive Business Partner (CEBP) Program, Mitel’s (News - Alert) exclusive BusinessPARTNER network is heading North.
The program was designed specifically to meet the needs of the Canadian marketplace, and is primarily based on the Exclusive Business Partner (EBP) program in the U.S.
“We have designed a program that provides a wide range of benefits to Mitel authorizedPARTNERs who choose to standardize on Mitel solutions,” said Jeff Nolan, vice president of Canadian Sales for Mitel, in a statement. “Be they customer environments in the above 25 user space, a sweet spot in the Canadian market, or larger multi-site businesses with thousands of employees, Mitel CEBP participants can avoid the overhead of working with multiple manufacturers to address specific customer requirements.”
Providing authorizedPARTNERs with advantages in selling and servicing Mitel's portfolio of unified communications (UC) solutions, the CEBP program includes a series of benefits, including volume discounts, PARTNERmarketing dollars, lead generation, executive leadership program, exclusive business partner sales meetings, sales engineering training, post sales support, sharing best practices, and Mitel PARTNERlocator.
“Mitel's Exclusive Business Partner program clearly demonstrates why Mitel is growing its position in the Canadian IP telephony market,” said David Guberman, president, Telexperts (Manitoba) Ltd, in a statement. “We now have a true partner that is with us every step of the way from pre-sale qualification all the way through to post-sale engineering support, in the design, sale and service of a comprehensive unified communications portfolio.”
Mitel, a provider of IP communications solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), also launched its Mitel 3000 communications system for growing businesses in Canada.
The Mitel 3000 provides residences and small offices with features such as conferencing, centralized voicemail, and an automated attendant for greeting and routing of incoming calls to make communications more efficient.
Mitel is a provider of communications solutions for a range of organizations, from very small, single site offices to multi-site enterprises. The company offers customers a broad choice of solutions, from basic business communications to unified communications, from pre-packaged to tailored applications, and either outright capital purchases or managed services.
