Empirix Discusses How to Get UC Right

Unified communications have become vital to business success today especially as new devices and improved networks are introduced to better connect customers and increase employee productivity.

To deliver best-practice processes and UC quality assurance methods and metrics organizations can use to more easily transition to new technologies and assure business process optimization, Empirix (News - Alert) recently sponsored a free Webinar titled, “Unified Communications: Get it Right; Keep it Right.”

During the Webinar, essential best practices for real-time communications as well as problem resolution and how to prevent quality problems in the future were discussed.Bob Hockman (News - Alert), director, Product Marketing, Enterprise Business Unit at Empirix and Tom Lynch, Enterprise Business Unit Empirix also discussed the elemental breakdown of unified communications and how to better deploy Unified Communications (News - Alert) solutions, with confidence.

During the Webinar audience attendees were polled about whether or not they are currently conducting performance monitoring and or testing in their enterprise contact center. Almost three-quarters of respondents said yes – a response Hockman was pleased to hear, but cautioned the remaining 25 percent to consider the information detailed during the Webinar.
