Avaya Awards SME Expert Status to VoIP Phone Service Provider

Gsolutionz, a company specializing in Voice over IP (VoIP), contact centers, network convergence, messaging, announced that it has earned "Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Expert" status by Avaya Inc., a provider of business communications software, systems and services.




Avaya (News - Alert) awards the SME Expert status to members who meet the rigorous Avaya criteria for customer satisfaction and also demonstrate that their consultants and project engineers are proficient in core areas, including customer support, technology knowledge and expertise, sales revenue and marketing support.

This new designation will allow Gsolutionz to run the training facility around Avaya’s unified communications and contact solutions for small and medium enterprises.

"Gsolutionz mission is to create and maintain long term trusted advisor relationships with our clients," said a Gsolutionz executive in a statement. "In doing so, we are able to help them increase revenue, lower costs and communicate with their customers and employees more efficiently. Achieving the Avaya SME Expert certification highlights Gsolutionz commitment to providing our SME clients with world class people who deliver world class consulting, solutions, service and support."

Apart from the above facility, Gsolutionz will also get sales and technical training in Avaya IP Office that offers a secure, intelligent, and user friendly converged voice and data system designed especially for small and medium enterprises. Gsolutionz is equipped to sell Avaya Communications systems, design and implement services all throughout the West Coast.

Carol Neslund, vice president of Avaya U.S. Channels, said that the authorized resellers in the Avaya Connect channel program who achieve SME Expert status are sending a message to their customers that they have the professional and technical expertise that is honed for the smaller firm.

According to Neslund, companies that are certified by Avaya as SME Experts represent a commitment to excellence in serving small and medium sized firms, and meet the highest standards when it comes to delivering communications solutions specifically designed to meet smaller companies' needs.
