TuVox Announces TuVox Accelerated ROI ProgramBy Nathesh, TMCnet Contributing Editor TuVox has announced a new Accelerated ROI Program designed to help companies reduce the upfront implementation fee for the configuration and set up of their TuVox (News - Alert) On Demand voice automation solutions. According to the company, TuVox clients can also remove the higher costs associated with IVR and speech recognition solution upgrades.
TuVox says it helps clients achieve improved customer retention and increased revenue through innovative combinations of technology and live agent service.
According to the company, the intention of this program is to help companies in this current economic downturn and help them realize a better ROI when investing in TuVox technology.
According to Nick Ezzo, director of marketing at TuVox, the company observed that many of its customers and potential customers were facing budget and capital expenditures freezes because of the economic downturn. The company kept these factors in mind while charting out a plan so that companies don’t have to outlay a huge chunk of cash up front and still see the benefits of speech applications.
"We have responded to the overwhelming needs of the market," said Mark Lazar (News - Alert), chief executive officer of TuVox. "In today's economic situation, companies still need to help their callers in a cost-effective manner, despite having their capital budgets slashed. This new deal structure from TuVox makes that possible."
TuVox says companies opting for this program can utilize operating expenses instead of leveraging capital budgets when investing in speech. Also, many of the current customers that TuVox works with had been prepared to put projects on hold, but are now reconsidering because of the Accelerated ROI Program which only indicates the positive response the program has got among TuVox’s clients.
TuVox says if a company opts for the Accelerated ROI Program freezes its capital budget and has less money to work with, TuVox will reduce the upfront implementation fee for the configuration of TuVox On Demand.
Once the solution is deployed, those upfront savings are rolled into the company’s monthly payment for ongoing managed services and dispersed over the life of the application. Further, the success-based pricing of TuVox On Demand significantly minimizes the execution risk, and aligns the objectives of both customer and provider so companies can enjoy customer support cost savings quickly, according to the company. The TuVox Accelerated ROI Program is now available for qualified customers willing to upgrade their IVR system to TuVox On Demand.
