Cbeyond Discusses SIPconnect at ITEXPO

Cbeyond has stated that the Director of SIPconnect Development, Greg Rothman, will be presenting three educational seminars on SIPconnect at TMC's Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Conference & EXPO West.

The Internet Telephony Conference & EXPO West, held September 16-18, 2008 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, is an educational program that teaches enterprises, small businesses and government agencies how to select and deploy IP-based services.

 

Rothman will be revealing the industrial insights on SIP trunking and SIPconnect. SIPconnect is an industry-wide, standards-based approach to direct IP peering between SIP-enabled IP PBXs and VoIP service provider networks. It is a protocol designed to establish end-to-end IP communication. The standard ensures consistent quality-of-service, low cost and full-featured SIP-based VoIP telephony.

The first panel will oversee the three challenges of SIP Trunking.
