Ceridian Provides United Way 2-1-1 Call Center Support for Greater Twin Cities United Way

Ceridian, a provider of health and productivity solutions, announced that it was now providing the United Way 2-1-1 call center operations for Greater Twin Cities United Way.

 

As a one-stop shop for social services, United Way 2-1-1 provides callers with information and referrals to human services for every day needs and in times of crisis.

 

In 2009, United Way 2-1-1 provided 382,000 referrals to callers who requested assistance in the Twin Cities area for everything from food and shelter, to utility assistance, legal services, healthcare and employment services.

 

United Way provides information and referral services to make sure people in need are connected to the services that can assist them. United Way 2-1-1 is part of a larger network of statewide and national information and referral services and is integral to the mission of the 1,400 independent United Ways across the nation working to advance the common good in their local communities.
