SimpliCTI to Distribute Presence OpenGate to Contact Centers

SimpliCTI Software Solutions, a contact center consulting services company—and a Presence Technology partner for the U.S. market, has entered into an agreement with that company to market and distribute its new Presence OpenGate product line. Presence OpenGate is a complete suite of computer telephony integration (CTI) solutions based on the Asterisk open source platform.
 
A new component in the Presence product suite, OpenGate enables an existing contact center to deploy a flexible and cost-effective telephony solution while protecting and extending embedded TDM investments.
 
The solution is also able to interface directly to the standard telephone network (PSTN), existing PBX (News - Alert)/ACD systems, and VoIP, to provide a complete contact center solution in software that includes everything required to deliver high quality voice solutions while meeting the needs of an enterprise contact center.
 
A partner of Presence Technology since 2004, SimpliCTI is positioned well with a track record of successful projects based on Presence CTI solutions. The company provides consulting services, integration services and contact center products that enable the effective management and delivery of customer phone interactions such as agent assisted service and IVR self-service, the Web with chat and Web self-service, e-mail and fax.

According to Jason Goecke, vice president of international operations for Presence Technology, SimpliCTI has strong expertise in the contact center industry and Presence Technology is confident in their ability to help further extend the availability of innovative lines of solutions based on Asterisk (News - Alert). SimpliCTI is very committed to Presence Technology’s strategy and this new initiative is expected to give Presence Technology the competitive advantage in the U.S. marketplace.
