NTT Com also offers conventional POP in these cities. Officials pointed out that the new locations both are Tier III level data centers offering co-location, hosting and IT management, including system integration, hardware operation and maintenance, monitoring and security management. The new POP will provide direct connection from the data centers to NTT Com’s global IP-VPN, including for flexible incorporation of the network in global IT solutions for data center customers. Applications will be accepted in London from July 1 and in Paris from around August. NTT Communications (News - Alert) provides a broad range of global networks, management solutions and IT services to customers worldwide. The company claims that it is known for reliable, high-quality security, hosting, voice, data and IP services, as well as expertise in managed networks and leadership in IPv6 transit technology. Recently NTT Communications Corporation and Integralis AG, a provider of IT security services, had announced the signing of a business combination agreement. As part of this agreement, NTT Com agreed to launch a voluntary public takeover offer for all outstanding shares of Integralis, offering Euro 6.75 in cash per share.
