snom Report: Touchscreen VoIP Phone Makes ITEXPO Debut

snom technology AG, a developer and manufacturer of voice over IP phones, announced that its latest advanced VoIP communications products and technologies for the SMB and enterprise markets made their debut today at ITEXPO (News - Alert) East 2010 in Miami, held Jan. 20-22.

 

Stop by snom's booth (#227) and enjoy demos of the snom 870 touchscreen desktop phone and its PA1 public announcement system. snom will also feature the snom OCS for unified communications and its IP conference phone: snom MeetingPoint.

 

As part of the proceedings at ITEXPO, snom will participate on two industry panel sessions about next generation IP phone technologies, high definition (HD) wideband voice and multimedia desktop phones.

 

During Thursday’s “Meet the HD Handset Vendors” session, snom’s Director of Business Development Mike Storella (News - Alert) and other panelists will give an overview of the HD-powered handsets on the market today, including their role in the business processes of today and tomorrow.

 

Storella also joins a number of panelists Friday morning for “Multimedia Phones - The 4th Screen?” The panel will focus on the evolution of the multimedia phone, including its market relevance, use cases and benefits, business models for deployment, and projections for mass adoption.
