Interact to Launch New Web site; Integrates SPOT with Dialogic CSP

Interact Incorporated, a developer of carrier grade communication solutions, has announced that it will launch its new Web site, www.iivip.com, on Nov. 20. The new and improved Web site is designed to feature easy to navigate pages with Interact’s solutions and services, in addition to detailed product descriptions.



 
“Interact is constantly developing services and solutions to meet the ever changing market demands in the communication’s industry,” said Doug Page, global sales manager for Interact. “Our new Web site will showcase Interact’s cutting edge solutions and services which can be tailored to fit any of our customer’s individual needs.”
 
Interact is leveraging both a new Web site and its partnership with Dialogic (News - Alert) to drive its brand and strengthen its market positioning. The company has already done well to develop a solution that speaks directly to the communication needs of customers. Interact’s latest initiatives and subsequent announcements will help to better establish the company as a key player within the industry.

In addition to the launch of its new Web site, Interact has chosen the Dialogic’s Converged Services Platform for integration with its patent-pending SPOT VoiceXML (News - Alert)/CCXML based Interpreter. The resulting solution is positioned as being unique for to competitors’ solutions as it allows legacy applications to run alongside the SPOT VoiceXML/CCXML based interpreter.

This approach not only reduces cost to customers by enabling them to maintain their legacy applications, it also offers the customer the high performance and density unique to SPOT.  

In conventional open-architecture based solutions, traditional interpreters often overloaded the CPU. With this integration with the Dialogic CSP (News - Alert), the CPU cannot be overloaded and applications will run smoothly.

Interact offers a portfolio with a wide range of product
sets and services which can be customized to fit the needs of the customer. The portfolio includes services from Application Development to Voice and Information Processing, Real-Time Billing and Rating to VoiceXML based Technologies.
 
“The Dialogic CSP platform has a rich history of network deployments worldwide. The CSP platform and the modular Dialogic Multi-Services Platform are ideal media solutions for high performance voice platforms like those enabled by Interact’s SPOT Interpreter,” said Harold Klett, Vice President of Service Provider Products, Dialogic, in an Interact statement.

The Interact integrated with Dialogic CSP solution is available immediately and offers solutions providers compliant tools for a wide variety of carrier-class communications services across multiple networks.
