Voxeo Receives "Service Provider Partner of the Year" Honors

Speech and imaging solutions provider Nuance (News - Alert) Communications recently recognized four partners for excellence in their fields with awards during its10th annual Conversations event.



 
The three-day event hosted by the Massachusetts-based company brings together customers, partners, and industry experts to share best practices, solicit advice from one another, and learn about new innovations that will help deliver a superior customer service experience, according to the company.
 
Mikael Berner, senior vice president and general manager of Nuance Enterprise, said the awards are designed to recognize its partners and highlight their achievements.
 
 “Creating long-lasting, productive and strong partnerships is a long-standing goal for our organization, and we are pleased to acknowledge our partners in this way,” said Berner.
 
Among those recognized is Voxeo (News - Alert) which received “Service Provider Partner of the Year” honors.

Founded in 1999, Voxeo is recognized as the first company to bring a standards-based VoiceXML hosting solution to market, making it easier for businesses to create and deploy voice applications. In fact, the company offers bon-demand hosting and on-premises IVR.
 
Voxeo’s IVR and VoIP platforms are available as hosted or on-premises solutions, and are available to providers as brandable OEM solutions.
 
More than 30,000 developers and enterprise customers – including half of the Fortune 100 – use Voxeo’s Prophecy Platform and Hosting to deliver innovative IVR, VoIP, outbound notification, unified communications and a new generation of SIP-powered solutions.
 
It has been a banner year for Voxeo in the awards department. Earlier this year the company’s Voxeo Prophecy 8 was given the nod from Technology Marketing Corporation's (TMC) Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Magazine 2007 Product of the Year Award.
 
Others sharing honors include:
 
  • Platform Partner of the Year – Genesys (News - Alert), for generated revenue, partnership satisfaction, and productive cooperation throughout both organizations.
  • “I Can’t Live Without This App” Award – Telvent’s California 511 line, providing up-to-minute traffic information.
  • “Biggest Splash App” Award – Datria’s (News - Alert) Coca Cola Enterprises Warehouse picking application, an order fulfillment application for more efficient communication in warehouse environments.
