Hosted VoIP Service Local Anywhere Announced by Alteva

Local Anywhere has been added to Alteva’s (News - Alert) extensive line of hosted services. Multiple DIDs to one Voice over IP (VoIP) desk phone are assigned by Local Anywhere. An announcement in this regard has been made by the Philadelphia headquartered Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) solution provider, Alteva.

Companies will be able to have an inbound notification by setting up this solution through a hosted phone service provider like Alteva. Employees will be alerted regarding the DID or phone number through which the call is coming in. The user will be therefore able to personalize their response. 

A person or company name is reflected through the outbound caller IDs. These are associated with the appropriate phone number. Call recipients will be therefore less likely to ignore calls. Several types of companies will find this unique solution useful.

Companies will be able to setup local lines that are rerouted to a main site with Local Anywhere. Dropped calls, static or missed calls will be virtually eliminated with Local Anywhere. This service will also provide HD phones with exceptional call quality on a top VoIP platform in the industry.

The need for individual modems, internet cables and power chords is eliminated. This helps in reducing desk and office clutter. Local Anywhere also provide direct connection from the phone to the computer. Companies will be also able to experience ROI within first 12 months with Local Anywhere.
