IP Call Recording Provider's IP Hosted System Offers Users Dynamic Capabilities

With its trio of VoIP call recording and monitoring products, Duxoft’s (News - Alert) portfolio of systems can cater to many industries and enterprise customers looking to maximize and improve communications within companies, as well as to outside customers.




With the MiaRec Business IP call recording product offers, users have the ability to secure business and monitor client activity in an IP-based telephony network. And, with the MiaRec Solo, users can record VoIP calls to review, digest and improve on current sales tactics and operations.

It’s no doubt these two MiaRec products offer users various capabilities to increase productivity and open the lines of communication. However, with Duxoft’s third product in the MiaRec Solutions Portfolio – MiaRec Hosted – which assists companies looking to implement a hosted IP telephony service.

“Nowadays many industries and enterprise customers have the necessity to record all communication to and from, or within, the company for a variety of reasons - to comply with government or industry legislations, resolving disputes, training, as well as quality monitoring purposes,” company officials said. 

In the past, this need has been filled by companies deploying an on-site call recording system which ultimately adds unnecessary costs to a company’s budget. Not to mention the operational extras that comes with an in-house call recording system.

But, according to Duxoft officials, by implementing MiaRec Hosted, a carrier-class system designed specifically for ITSPs that offer a hosted IP telephony service, enabling the ITSP to offer a new approach to enterprises for call recording, companies can minimize associated costs and extra operational efforts.

“With MiaRec Hosted, service providers can win new business, expand their market reach and drive incremental revenue,” company officials said, adding that the entirely software-based system has an intuitive Web interface that makes deploying easy and user friendly for every company.

Company officials said that, in addition to the aforementioned features, MiaRec Hosted is also equipped with the following:

·Live monitoring of calls
·Easy search, retrieval and playback of calls
·Role based user privileges
