Jaduka to Leverage Dialogic's Media Processing Engines for On-Demand Contact Centers

Dialogic Corporation, a global provider of world-class products and technologies for multimedia and signal processing, has announced a partnership with Jaduka, a provider of global on-demand customer communications services.



 
Jaduka (News - Alert) plans to leverage Dialogic’s advanced media processing engines in an effort to provide on-demand Web-based communications services to the enterprise. This relationship will help customer companies to blend voice applications into critical business workflows in a simple manner.

"We are very eager to work with Jaduka and pursue joint business opportunities within the Communications Enabled Business Process space," said Kevin Cook, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Dialogic (News - Alert). "By working together and each evolving our product offerings, we can provide communications solutions not just for telephony developers but for web developers as well, which is crucial in today's marketplace."

Dialogic provides technologies based on open standards that enable innovative mobile, video, IP and TDM solutions for Network Service Providers and Enterprise Communication Networks.

Jaduka offers On-Demand Customer Communications Services targeted to business process organizations through blended real-time communications and critical workflows. Time-sensitive notifications, event-triggered alerts, ad-hoc conferencing functionality and Web site call support are delivered over the Web to help companies increase sales, decrease response times and reduce operating costs across the enterprise.
