Coradiant Expands Reseller Network in Europe

Coradiant, a leading equipment manufacturer for managing Web applications, announced its business strategy to expand its network of resellers and partners in Europe. It has opened a new office in London proper, near the Heathrow Airport, to serve as its business center and to serve the increasing number of partners and customers throughout United Kingdom and Europe. The office will contribute to the ever-growing European reseller program, and it’ll provide additional support to the Netherlands office. There is an increasing need to manage and monitor end-to-end performance of Web applications.

Coradiant is an industry leader in Web applications performance management, and provides equipment that help to manage, optimize and troubleshoot Web applications. It serves a diverse group of industries including Software-as-a-Service, e-commerce, finance, healthcare, insurance, education, and entertainment. Its flagship products, the TrueSight suite of products provide a strong technology platform, and are known for their support and troubleshooting functions. It also securely saves every page that is accessed in the Web by an individual, down to the last details like the objects, errors, and timings. It helps to determine the user impact on network changes, the desired service level of the Web applications, as well as increase system capacity. The College of Law is Coradiant’s latest customer, and TrueSight was used to monitor end users’ interaction with the college websites, strictly for e-learning purposes.

Coradiant identifies issues that end users are experiencing and allows us quicker response times in correcting those incidents. Being able to work with them in real-time will create a swifter resolution to issues that arise.”
