Designed with the latest advances in network technology for speed and efficiency, Qwest's (News - Alert) broadband network spans more than 173,000 route miles globally. Qwest, a Tier 1 provider, has an established reputation for network reliability and award-winning network performance, according to a press release. This addition provides Online Tech with access to a large and technically advanced data networks. Also, this investment allows Online Tech to offer more reliable and more robust network connectivity to their clients. Online Tech owns and manages premier mid-west managed data centers. The company boats a full range of colocation, managed dedicated server, and private cloud hosting offerings, and leverages them to help its clients dramatically reduce IT data center costs, operational risks and downtime. “This new partnership with Qwest further demonstrates our commitment to ensuring our clients are always up, always on, and always online,” said Mike Klein, president and COO of Online Tech. “We are very pleased with what we have seen from Qwest and are confident that they will be able to provide the network connectivity resiliency that our clients’ demands.” “Qwest Communications has demonstrated it can get it done right - from the quality of their network infrastructure to the professionalism of their staff,” said Jason Yaeger, operations manager of Online Tech.
