Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) business solutions provider XO has announced that XOptions Flex, its VoIP services bundle, now supports more than 10,000 business customers in more than 55 major metropolitan markets across the United States.
Launched two years ago, XOptions Flex has rapidly grown to be one of the most widely deployed VoIP services bundle for small and medium-sized businesses and large enterprises with remote offices, according to the company. An integrated IP services solution, XOptions Flex offers businesses all the benefits of IP with enhanced features, functionality and value for voice, Internet access and web hosting services in a single package.
“Nearly seven years ago XO launched the industry’s first flat-rate and integrated communications packages combining voice, data and web hosting services on a single bill,” said Tom Cady, president of XO Business Services, in a statement. “Today, XO continues its long record of service innovation and industry leadership with XOptions Flex. In just two years, XOptions Flex has become XO’s fastest growing service and one of the industry’s most widely deployed business VoIP solutions.”
XOptions Flex combines virtually unlimited local calling and generous long distance minutes, dedicated Internet Access and web hosting services for a flat monthly price along with advanced capabilities such as dynamic bandwidth allocation, voice virtual private networking (VPN), and a simple online feature management tool for making real-time changes to services.
Designed for both growing businesses and larger enterprises with remote offices nationwide, XOptions Flex has the scalability to support businesses with as many as 160 employees at each location. In addition, XOptions Flex allows businesses to take full advantage of all of these IP-enabled capabilities and features without having to replace their existing key systems or private branch exchange (PBX) equipment.
