Clearwire Launches High Speed CLEAR 4G to Yakima and Tri-CitiesBy Carolyn J Dawson, TMCnet Contributor Clearwire (News - Alert) Corporation is a trusted provider of wireless broadband services. Recently, it announced that CLEAR 4G is available in today's market. It is a mobile Internet service with very high speed which is intended for businesses and consumers in Yakima and the Tri-Cities. By making use of CLEAR, users are now able to get access to Internet at speeds four times faster than 3G regardless of where they are. The only criterion is they need to be within the coverage range of CLEAR.

The dual-mode 4G/3G modems links users who are not inside the CLEAR 4G service area by utilizing Sprint's (News - Alert) 3G data network. Clearwire provides numerous methods to connect to CLEAR 4G services through a modem, mobile device, or a 4G-embedded laptop or netbook.
