By leveraging Vonata’s unique platform, members and providers can get access to all the right resources when and where required at the first try. On the other hand, as LIBERTY is experiencing further growth and expansion, the strategic partnership can help them in offering much more efficient client services. In a press release, Dr. Amir Neshat, LIBERTY’s founder, president and CEO, said, “Our new relationship with Vonata and their enabling platform technology will dramatically enhance our client service communications capabilities. I am particularly excited that this technology will allow LIBERTY to offer innovative solutions to our clients enabling them to meet and exceed the not too distant future requirements of Health Care Reform quality standards.” With the integration of Vonata’s SCE platform into LIBERTY’s mobile application as well as website, members will now be able to experience richer communication through concurrent voice and data integration. In a release, Shervin Talieh, CEO and co-founder of Vonata said, “We are privileged to have been selected by LIBERTY Dental Plan as a core component of their operational transformation. LIBERTY’s mission is to provide a superior member and provider experience while creating tremendous operational efficiency as they continue their rapid growth. As per the partnership terms, the first phase of Vonata’s implementation with LIBERTY is scheduled to begin in January of 2011. With a proven track record of increased utilization of quality dental care for multiple programs, LIBERTY Dental Plan provides services to managed care organizations, state governments, labor unions, large group employers, municipalities, and individuals. By developing optimized business communication solutions, Vonata helps drive enterprises, its customers, and business partners.
