With this service, VoIP Freeway customers will have access to Call Compliance, Inc. patented TeleBlock Service to ensure compliance with federal and state Do-Not-Call regulations.

With the TeleBlock Do-Not-Call service, telemarketer’s outbound calls are screened against applicable Do-Not-Call lists and the connection is automatically blocked if the number dialed appears in these lists.

 

For instance, telephone numbers called from customers using the TeleBlock service will be connected through VoIP Freeway’s network to the TeleBlock Do-Not-Call database prior to the call completion. If the dialed number appears on the Do-Not-Call lists, the call is automatically blocked and the telemarketer receives a “restricted number” message.
