Soffront's Hosted CRM Expected to Increase Efficiency for Absolute Performance

The global market today is a challenging one and customers are more focused on the value of a purchase than ever before. Soffront will allow us to reduce the number of steps in our current workflow.” Absolute performance invited ten vendors to submit comments on the company’s business requirements. Decision makers then selected the top four vendors to participate in a demonstration and trail. Olthoff noted that the selection team unanimously selected Soffront hosted CRM due to the product’s ease of navigation, reporting, time tracking and configuration capabilities. 

Absolute Performance expects that Soffront CRM will make a significant positive impact on the company’s business. So far, Olthoff and others have been impressed with the flexibility of the solution which allows them to tailor the software to meet the company’s specific needs. Olthoff expects to see dramatic improvements in the efficiency of the company’s sales, marketing and customer support processes as a result of Soffront’s robust workflow features.
