Immigrant Detention Hearings by Conferencing Draw Detractors and Supporters

One Arizona prison has turned to video conferencing as a way to speed up immigration hearings for detainees. Beginning earlier this year, inmates at private prison Eloy have been appearing on a screen in Tucson, instead of the immigration court.
